Can Kurama's other half of chakra awaken Rinnegan?

Other than the fact that Rinnegan requires Senju and Uchiha DNA, can Kurama's complete chakra awaken the Rinnegan?
I think it's possible that Kurama possess Rikudou's chakra.

Doesn't matter if people think Naruto will get Rinnegan or not but what are your thoughts?

Not at all. Well it's never been talked about. From what we know, Uchiha and Senju DNA are required, not Bijuu chakra.

Interesting theory, but I don't believe Kurama is necessarily "DNA" in any form, basically he is an entity of pure chakra, which is why the tailed beasts can't be destroyed, they can only be captured and stored. Minato and Kushina we're never anything more than chakra that was sealed inside Naruto, it's basically the same concept.

The Senju DNA that was extracted from Hashirama is actual "DNA" it's not chakra.

For an Uchiha The SO6P did not have Sharigan,nor Senju nor Uchiha DNA. He simply took the Juubi power and got the Rinnegan out of it.

I do believe that in a previous chapter, the sage said that
When the bijuus return to be one, something will happen.
I think that naruto is the Sage's Reincarnation. The juubi
saw the bijuus inside naruto, and got worked up, probably
because he knew that naruto will unlock a new power.

Furthermore, it was Madara who said that the only way to get the
Rinnegan was if u had both uchiha and senju D.N.A, but there more
than one ways to skin a cat.
