Minato SHOULD BE ABLE USE KCM ALIVE, he never lived to do it alive In the manga but if he did, he would, There is no way he was in the afterlife training for it, Minato learnt those sealing stuff from real uzumakis theres no way a person could say kcm minato is bullshit, how the hell did he do it blah blah.
