Its pretty easy man. ;x You look at who did the most as Hokage, who set the standards. And if you don't like that character you go to the one that followed the standards and lived up to the role of Hokage.

Just take out Tsunade and you have better choices.

Though she is easily a better Hokage then Minato and Hiruzen .....

i dont care if minato wasnt liked or was liked... he was my fav from the very beginning because i love his abilities and his cool demeanor and his personality is cool ... it just so happens he was a hokage.. so he automatically becomes my fav hokage...

i dont care if minato didnt do much as a hokage but he is still my fav hokage and in my top 5 fav characters :|

the point it most people like there fav character from the very beginning so just choosing a your fav hokage would be hard ..
