Imo Minato wouldn't win and you forgot one of Itachis most broken weapons, KA. With that alone imho is all that's needed to beat just about anyone I believe. Itachi is truly powerful I just can see Minato besting him. Although, it could possibly happen Minato also has super speed reflexes, and their kunai skills are equal imo. Idk though Itachi seems like he has so much in his arsenal. Just my opinion. I like them both, but Minato to me seems blandly unique...while Itachi seems unnaturally unique. I say the winner is Kishi!

Lol Oh please itachi's second rate speed and reflexes are countered by minato's speed and reflexes on his worst day,that's so not a factor lol.

Itachi's genjutsu's require him to close his eye's or make a hand seal both scenario's will get him instantly beheaded,so again neither a factor since against the "ultimate speed demon" himself time in not on itachi's side at all.

Amaterasu is not a factor it will never hit minato because his instant speed, and instant reflexes.Plus amaterasu requires chakra build up,and in that second itachi will die.

Minato can deal with susanoo,yata mirror,and totsuka in a number of way's. When itachi attack's with totsuka he'll use space-time barrier and make itachi seal himself, he can he can instantly transport this dude into a volcano,over a cliff,into the ocean, anywhere...plus it's even more disadvantageous for itachi, that minato can place his seal's anywhere and on anything he desire's.One other ro note minato has the fastest shunshin,and hiraishin in the whole damn series,helll itachi won't even have time to do anything. GG kid lol

has thousand jutsus while used only like 30 :|, his ninjutsu is impressive, but the ninjutsus he's shown besides kamui or
raikiri doesn't put him in top 10 not to mention his crap stamina doesnt allow him to compensate for all the jutsus, kakashi isnt known for his genjutsu skills, so many characters own him when it comes to genjutsu
