Minato is a fairly tall, fair-skinned man with bright, blue eyes and spiky, blond hair. Minato also had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. His normal attire consisted of a tracksuit with three stripes on the sleeves, mesh under-armour, a pair of black pants and sandals.
Personality
Minato is calm, collected, and highly perceptive. He is well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes and makes full use of any information that could affect the psychology of his foes. He is quick to gain the trust of others and when trust is out of the option he uses facts and situations to pull everything in his favor. His nature later became much more Darker though despite the dangerousness, Minato holds no ill intent and respects his opponents. His wisdom and awareness of history gives him broader view of matters, he could quickly notice the hidden reasons behind actions. He is also resistive of any psychological pressure or loss of allies and is able to carry on indifferently slowly gaining the advantage of the situations again. Furthermore, given his perverted teacher he has tendency of flirting with women even in the middle of a conflict, relying on his immense speed he would even negate the lack of time for the sake of this bad habit. He would belittle the rest much to their frustration which is yet another measure he takes so his foes would mistake.

Description: A unique gauntlet that is composed of several hard metals and wire. The gauntlet's inner layer, the part that is in contact with the skin, is made of special chakra infusible wire that protects the users skin. The wire is also very light but the composition of the metal wires make them incredibly hard but also very malleable. The outer layer of the gauntlet is of a similar structure as the inner layer except much stronger and mainly covers the wires in between the inner and outer layers. The user is able to control the strings as they desire and direct it to anywhere he wishes, manipulating them into different shapes and also able to infuse the wires with raw or elemental chakra increasing their strength and also giving them a variety of different effects. The gauntlet itself doesn't affect the user's arm speed or disturb forming hand signs. When infused with lightning chakra, the wires/gauntlet is able to paralyse the target. History
Minato's parents had a great impact on his personality since his childhood, he's mom was wide-hearted, pure, simple and caring, she taught him to be true to himself, to believe in himself and be a caring, loving, reliable person. His father was a serious, straight and responsible man, Minato had hard time trying to understand his dad when he was a kid, he could swear sometimes that his dad doesn't love him, as if he was some kind of a responsibility or a duty to his dad. As he grew, year by year, he became able to understand people more than more, he learnt that everyone loves, care, fear, hate and feel but in their own way, it doesn't always have to be obvious to exist, he's dad did love him, truly loved him and he's way of showing it was to take care of Minato, to raise him accordingly, even if he doesn't hug him from time to time or smiles to him. At the age of five, Minato was able to earn himself a spot in the Ninja Academy, he was treated respectfully by others, they all liked him which was no wonder since he resembled a lot of his mom's personality.
At the Academy, popular beloved Minato was getting haters, he lost a lot of friends who got jealous of him or thought he was too overrated which is a natural reaction to him. The hate scared him a lot, he cared for them all, he loved them all and ended up treated rudely by those which changed him a bit, he became less and less social with others fearing of getting hurt again. By that time, a lovely looking girl joined the Academy, she tried hard to be accepted and liked by the other student but instead, she was picked on, disliked by all; They called multiple names but the one that stuck on the most was tomato for she had red hair and a chubby face. Minato was interested in that girl, she didn't get hurt and isolated herself from others when they hurt her, she went out and fought for her rights of being respected and accepted, he always kept an eye on her from a distance. Little by little, Minato was inspired to stand up on his feet again, regain his sociability and admiration by others which made Tomato or as she's known by then as Red Hot-Blooded Habanero join his hater's team, but he didn't care, he still looked up to her and was willing to fight for her acceptance.
At the age of ten, Minato graduated from the Academy along with a lot of the other kids of his generation and joined team Jirayia who he really admired, his sensei was energetic, funny and super cool. Jirayia also showed admiration in Minato's personality, he liked he's sociability and personality, he liked his never giving up will unknowingly of its source. After acing a C ranked mission, Minato went back to the village with his teammates with only Kushina's whereabouts on his mind. Soon later, he discovered that she was lost, nobody knew where she was and many skilled shinobi went searching for her of Anbu and Jounin ranks. Minato was unable to leave the mission to them, he have to go search for her as well, he cannot accept not having her around, and that's when he realized, he had feelings for her stronger than just admiration of her personality, stronger than thinking of her as an ideal, he loved her. Minato went off by his own, he left the village and searched everywhere for any clue until he found strands of her red hair in the forest, he tracked the trail of the red hair until he found ninjas from Kumogakure kidnapping Kushina. He took them down, one by one, using all of the ninja's sneaky arts or transportation and creating clones but it was hardly enough to do the job which was however, done. He rescued Kushina and took her back to Konohagakure and told her about his feelings, which she started to share, she admired him for saving her, she accepted him.
After he's relationship started with Kushina at the age of thirteen, he had something precious to protect, he understood where he's dad stood all that time, he now knows he's need of power. Jirayia-sensei was the first and best sanctuary for such request, he went off with Jirayia on a journey to train. He learned how to summon toads, designed he's personal kunai inspired by the toad's palm and decided to make a jutsu of his own. It was a perfect plan for him to gain strength in no time. He then found himself learning how to teleport, a power only the second hokage had before him. He specially designed he's personal kunai to add a seal on it that could be used as a portal of transportation. At the age of sixteen, Minato finally got serious results out of his experiment of creating a jutsu of his own, he made the Rasengen. Lightning Affinity
Minato has mastered Lightning to its highest capability. Due to his amazing control of chakra and understanding of the nature of lightning. Minato can perform all Lightning jutsu with a single handseal.
Earth Speciality
Minato like all ninja, trained very hard in his elemntal trainig. And over many years and many senseis mastered the element of Earth. Due to his ability to tame the dangerous element and amazing chakra control, Minato can perform all earth jutsu with faster handseals then the average ninja.
Physical Prowess
One of Minato's trademark attributes was his immense speed and instantaneous reflexes, able to react fast enough to catch an infant Naruto mid-fall to prevent him from being stabbed by Tobi. This attribute earned him the moniker of "Konoha's Yellow Flash". He could also respond to Tobi's Space–Time Migration technique quickly enough to escape it. He is often referred to throughout the series as the fastest shinobi who ever lived, with the speed of the currently fastest living shinobi often being compared to his own, such as A or Naruto in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, with the former admitting that even with his Lightning Release Armour enhancing his already immense speed and reflexes was still outmatched by Minato. Even when assisted by his brother, A was unable to lay a hand on Minato. When fighting, he mainly employed the use of his unique kunai, wielding them proficiently and taking advantage of their particular form, which made them even more suitable for close range combat than standard kunai. Using this type of kunai, he was able to nearly sever one of the Eight-Tails' tentacles when B moved to save his brother from Minato's counter-attack despite having nearly no leverage, showing that he possessed a great deal of strength.
Rasengan
The technique he created after three years of hardwork and experimenting, Rasengen was created making his signiture technique. No body was ever able to use it faster than Minato, he worked three whole year making it to deserve such skill.
Weapon Specialist
Minato carries a variety of weapons. In his ninja pouch, he carries shuriken, kunai, explosive tags, flash and smoke bombs, ninja wire, and all the other items essential for a ninja. He also have many special kunais he personally made, he hide one under each of his sleeves that he can launch out through the mechanism he hid beneath his sleeves.
