SM Naruto can be used. (mostly enhances surroundings ie: 2nd raikage)
Guy and rock lee can use the 8 gates.
Kakashi can use the sharingan.

I'd love to see the scans of him utilizing Taijutsu well without Hiraishin. At least, on the level of Guy and Lee.
