Well in the last chapter the kages showed up and sasuke / jugo showed up but orochimaru and seigetsu and karin did not?

options:

they are slower then the rest
they went somewhere else - maybe to save the kages
- maybe they went to get dna to summon jman and the get tsunade and have the sanin show up again in a team


or something else but what do you think where is oro karin and seuigetsu

There is a thing called edo-tensei jutsu to bring back jiraiya if they so choose so.

But think about it, there will be in need of a sacrifice
