On Topic: So what you are saying is that a Shinobi needs to know this certain elemental affinity to use this certain technique? Well, in that case, what the others are trying to say that they could probably use it without this certain elemental affinity but in a lesser or weaker version. just because u know handseals dosent mean u can use the jutsu, and still for them to learn it in a second even if it was weak is still stupid. And why dont all shinobi use weaker forms of a jutsu

Master 2-3 and efficiently enough for battle.
Doesn't mean they can't perform shitty versions of other elements, after all everything is supposed to be made up of all elements.

I think everyone has an affinity to ALL natures. Most affinities are just too weak to be bothered with. Except a few where they are strongly affiliated with more than one.

Naruto probably has other affinities as well but his wind is his strongest affinity so he learnt it first.

I totally agree. I think everyone should stop trying to predict what's going to happen in the next chapter. When there prediction doesn't come thru everyone ***** and complains
