[Discussion] Lieutenants bankai's

Anybody wonder yet about or if the other lieutenants have bankai for instances yachiru seems to be talking randomly at times possibly to her zanpakouto? Or momo said to be a kidou master meaning she has very good intellect and skill why not her she is shinji's subordinate now.

A list of lieutenants yet to show bankai

Rangiku
Rukia
Nemu
Tetsuzaemon
Isane
Nanao
Yachiru

Any of these you might be really excited if they show bankai obviously shuhei's will be epic as hell as his Shikai looks like it was meant to reap lives.

Rangiku was shown training to obtain Bankai, early in the Arrancar arc before they fought Luppi. Also, now that Gin has died she has had 17 months to move on. Maybe finally moving on was a push that could cause to obtain bankai now.

Wasn't it said by Byakuya or Yoruichi that it would take roughly ten years for someone to be capable of using their Bankai? And then another few years on top of that to just learn how to use it effectively? Sure there's others like Ichigo and Urahara who have extenuating circumstances but I doubt we'll get to see their Bankai soon. Rangiku and Yumichika were only shown training to communicate with their Zanpakuto then so I might be wrong in getting to see them soon.

Out of that list, I'm looking forward to seeing Shuuhei's and Hinamori's Bankai.

I want to see Yachiru's she made lieutenant without ever showing (the audience) her shikai.
Hisagi is going to get his in the next few chapters.
I think Nemu might have or be able to get one easily as she was created, so Mayuri could/should have made her capable of weilding Bankai.

Those are the only ones I really see achieving Bankai any time soon given their development rates. Plus I'd like to see some of them reveal their shikai like Tetsuzaemon and Yachiru.

Yachiru and Renji are the strongest Vice Captains imo, so I'd love to see Yachiru's Bankai.

Correct, but with a minor correction. Achieving a Bankai could take any number of years, but Byakuya stated that it takes ~10 years (or even longer for some) to master it's use. This was the case with Hitsugaya and, obviously, Renji.

-Matsumoto
-Kira, if he's still alive

I agree with the last three without a doubt. But maybe Yumichika does not have one and maybe just maybe nanao has one.

I thought it was explained by Yoruichi in the beginning when Ichigo was training for Bankai that it usually takes someone ten years to be able to achieve it, with special cases like Toshiro and Renji of course and then stated by Byakuya another ten years to master their Bankai.

I know Rangiku and Yumichika were trying to communicate with their Zanpakuto in the beginning of the Arrancar arc, so they might have been able to achieve it by then. The latter will probably never use it because it's ugly.
