[Question] What was Barragan? (read)

We all know that Hollows start off as the random fodder Hollow, then it evolves into Gillian, then some turn to Adjuchas, and then an extremely rare few ascend to Vasto Lorde.

But Barragan before he was a arrancar had a skeletal form almost similar to his Resurrecion, so was he a Vasto Lorde?

Edit: He is was extremely old as well, maybe even older than Yammamoto I read somewhere reliable

I think so, Harribel was a Vasto Lorde, so it would only make sense that Starrk and Barragan were too.

We have seen Ulquiorra as an Adjuchas, but not as a Vasto Lorde. We have seen Halibel for sure and Stark looked like an Arrancar but i'm sure that was his Vasto Lorde form when we saw him and Lilynette split.

From what I understood he was simply the king of hueco Munro and above even the vasto lorde but they never classed him from what I read

We have seen Ulquiorra as an Adjuchas, but not as a Vasto Lorde. We have seen Halibel for sure and Stark looked like an Arrancar but i'm sure that was his Vasto Lorde form when we saw him and Lilynette split.

Ulquiorra's appearance, prior to becoming an arrancar, adhered more so to the vasto lorde description.

We never saw Starrk's appearance prior to becoming a natural arrancar. When Aizen met him, his mask was already gone.

Keep in mind, I do believe the Espada (1-4) to have been of the vasto lorde classification.
I say this mostly because if Ulquiorra was in fact a vasto lorde, it'd be weird for any adjuchas to be stronger than him.​

Oh those two scans are one page? If so that is probably Ulquiorra, good to know he is a Vasto Lorde, he is one of my favorite characters.

Yeah Ulquiorra should definitely be Vasto Lorde class.
