Stronger water jutsu dragon or shark ?

No they would both be canceled out if they clashed the shark explodes upon impact

other people have said the shark would absorb the dragon . Im still not clear on why the dragon is used more than the shark . my guess is that shark takes more chakra to use but i have no proof

Kage level ninja have use the water dragon . Only kisame has used the shark . ( you could argue kisame is kage level )
