Konoha with 3 Sages. Naruto the Toad, Sakura the Slug and Sasuke who had his snake abilities sealed by Itachi. Then we have the other shinobi like Ino-Shika-Cho, Team Kurenai and Team Guy minus Neji. Then the parents of all afore mentioned shinobi. Then we have 4, count 'em, 4 Edo Hokage, one who, and I hate to say this, has 9 Tails Chakra cloak. With that combined how can anyone say otherwise?

Gotta go with Konoha, even if ya dont count Sasuke. Naruto, Kakashi, Gai, are three low to mid kage level shinobi on their own, then you've got tsunade, and i think the members of konoha 11 can hold their own against most shinobi, and add in sai and the wood user(been gone so long i've forgot his name), I think Konoha takes it. If sasuke truly is back, then I say its no contest.

Konoha bcause:
Kakashi - Copy Ninja with Mangekyou Sharingan with that time/space jutsu
Naruto - Tamed 9 tails, Has incredible speed and everything
Sakura - "Apparently" she's the best healer after tsunade now.
Shikamaru & Shukaku - 2 smartest guys alive.
Ino and Inoichi - Can allow whole villlage to communicate with each other.
Sasuke - EMS... enough said...
Akamaru - Cute mascot that cheers everyone up during a war
Ramen guy - Enough said...

naruto by himself destroyed many mountains with a tbb. His bm mode is the reason why the alliance even survived the juubi. His chakra played a key role. Now add in sasuke to the mix an ems user who recently joined the good side and is allies with konoha. Also add in orochimaru(who is amazing himself) and the 4 edo hokages. Tell me honestly what village hell if the whole alliance was against them at this point konoha would utterly destroy them. And not to menion kakashi with his kamui is dangerous, guy and tsunade can do their fair deal of damage honestly no one can compete with them at their current level. kitsuchi is impressive but other than that a few notable shinobi would be the other 4 kages, darui, and few other elite from other villages but other than that its a no brainer that konoha is way stronger at this point.
