Thank you. Knowing the abilities of KA, Shisui should always be on top. Ignore how and why Danzo got shisui's eye, because that doesn't matter at all. What matters is the abilities we know are true of KA. And these abilities pretty much make their user the greatest ninja ever, regarding one specific encounter, where going all out is valid. Shisui is 1, Danzo is 2, and if Itachi is counted as having KA through his bird, Itachi is 3. KA beats anyone. Except the juubi, as the juubi has no conscious and so I don't think gen would work on it, because KA works by changing the someones mind literally into itself desiring what the user wants it to desire, but if there is no mind to affect then the jutsu can't work. Otherwise, KA easily solos anyone. And Danzo used it without even having to open the eye, so basically the jutsu works simply by willing someone to change their mind, as Danzo, without even opening the eye, changed the mind of mifune into wanting to make danzo himself the leader. So, no one stands a chance really.

This is merely an explanation upon analysis of the manga. The points are not at all far-fetched but in fact strongly probable. Your just a hater and you know what they say, "haters gonna hate" :devil:

You've clearly misunderstood the final point stated. Shisui is intelligent so would not use both eyes for Kotoamatasukami. The one which he would use, he would be able to replace with another sharingan that would perhaps contain Izanagi and i'll explain why. There would be plenty of sharingan available, firstly because of the previous wars involving Uchiha in which they were killed and their eyes were preserved by Madara Uchiha. Madara had the sharingan container then may have passed it onto Obito(Tobi). The sharingan eyes contained Izanagi and there is two pieces of evidence for this.

Now that Itachi has told you about the people that possess Izanagi, the question in your mind would be where to get it from. Well in the next manga scan, if you look behind Tobi(Obito) you should be able to see a sharingan container. Tobi(Obito) was seen using Izanagi in his fight against Konan. Danzo has also used Izanagi during his fight with Sasuke and so has Madara to avoid dying in Hashirama’s fight, which would explain why he had only one during his confrontation with Obito. Danzo is likely to have gotten the sharingans from the Uchiha Clan Massacre.

Just by seeing how many users were able to use Izanagi tells us that it is much easier to find sharingans with Izanagi than Izanami.

Yes, I totally agree with you. Thank for you for understanding. *_* Although I would put Itachi number 2 instead of Danzo since at least he was able to use it to save himself and thus end Edo Tensei whereas Danzo didn't use it wisely enough. :yeah:

Dude, Kotoamatsukami is one of the most OP jutsu in the whole of Naruto. The user is able to completely take control of their opponents mind without them even knowing. What's more is unlike Tsukyomi, the technique does not require direct eye-contact so long as the opponent is around the area where the user is. Another thing is that with Senju Cells, this jutsu becomes even more OP since then the user is able to use it multiple times in a day. So Senju Cells significantly alter the recharge time of Kotoamatsukami. All of this easily places Shisui in the Top 5. hmm
