I've realized something: Naruhina fact

Naruto acts like his mom.

Hinata wants to be strong and confident like Naruto.

If Naruto and his mom are similar, and Hinata wants to be like Naruto, she wants to be like Kushina.

Part 2:
I think Kushina meant it in a deeper level then in personality parallel.

1. Both Hinata and Kushina told Naruto they love him from the bottom of their hearts. And meant it (unlike a certain pinkette).

2. both sacrificed themselves for him.

3. If you overlook Kushina's loud and obnoxious side, she can get nervous quickly. She also has a gentle, caring side.

4. They've also only loved one guy this whole time (Minato/Naruto). While Sakura loves Sakura.

Part 3:
The way Hinata and Naruto's relationship parallels to Kushina and Minato's as well.

1. Kushina didn't think much of Minato during the academy, and thought he was a sissy boy.
Naruto didn't think much of Hinata in the academy and thought she was weird.

Both their opinions changed, after Hinata/Minato saved Naruto/Kushina.

What do you think of this?

Some people are not understand my point. I'm saying both Naruhina and Narusaku have parallels to Minakushi.

I never said Narusaku wasn't a parallel to Minakushi either, I just said Naruhina has parallels as well.

For Minatao to parallel Sakura with Kushina is stating the obvious. The act the same.

The whole "are you his girlfriend" line was a Japanese technicality that we lost in translation. Minato likely uses a phrase that is not common in Japanese - along the lines of: "Are you and that girl close?" or "Is she your girl friend? (note the separation of the two words)" Which is why Naruto answers with: "Uh... If you want to be technical about it..."

To which, Minato tells Sakura that he is leaving his son in her capable hands - meaning that he trusts her to take care of him in his absence.

That's not "picking his daughter in-law."

Even if he did say: "Now, Naruto - I want you to mary this girl and have lots of babies." - that's not really "picking" Sakura over Hinata. That's simply saying: "I approve of what is right here in front of me with absolutely no knowledge or experience of anything else in your life."

Trying to use the parallel between Kushina and Sakura as a means of foreshadowing a pairing is just silly. Particularly when you begin to consider the intrinsic links between Naruto and Hinata.

I'm not going to post another link to it - I've done enough self-advertising... but those of you who are now curious or want to see my argument - it has to do with the Taoist principles that guide the flow of the entire series and also form the basis for the Hyuuga clan. Naruto and Hinata share an intrinsic Yang and Yin relationship, respectively. This was intended from the very beginning - and I'm waiting to hear back on a person who claimed there was a drawing (depicting the character we would later come to know as Hinata, and Naruto in the background) released before the publishing of the series.... which would more or less make it conclusive proof that Hinata and Naruto were designed to be Yin and Yang in each others' lives from the very beginning.

Though what that means for pairings is a little vague. Yin and Yang merely work together to 'create all things' ... that doesn't necessarily mean they share the same bed.

But, interesting, none the less.
