Where's the plexus? I googled it and a thousand different things popped up

The solar plexus is below your chest at your stomach. Getting a blow there will make you gasp for air. Your hole, which isn' even that bad, is right above it.

Alright guys... serious question. I promise this isn't me looking for attention.

I was born with a hole in my heart. While it closed up shortly after I was born, it has left my chest looking a bit concave. On top of that, I have a fast metabolism so I've always been really skinny. Naturally this has left me looking pretty bad for the beach or pool and I'm always really self concious about it. Its gotten to the point where my own mom will tell me,"Wow, Joe, you don't look very good. Try bringing your shoulders back more." Of course, my posture was fine and doing that would only make me look comical. However, a few months ago I started working out in hopes to correct the problem.

So my question is... do I still look bad and embarrassingly frail/skinny? I'm 5'9-5'10 and somewhere between 135 and 140 pounds (different scales read my weight differently). Btw I'm not flexing in the photo. I thought that would make me look like a tryhard lol

EDIT: Oh yeah... I forgot to mention my age. I turned 16 about a month ago.

I'm guessing you're the short-skinny girl in the middle? Who's the men standing next to you?
