We already know from the manga that Minato was able to seal about half of the Kyuubi's chakra within himself using the Dead Demon Seal. You can read about this in chapters 503 & 504. So the chakra is there for access.

But he got sealed right after that,so he would still have it even during his life.All he would have to do is train with just Naruto did.

He used RDS to obtain it but that leads to his death. He can't have Kyuubi's Yin chakra without dying afterwards so its not apart of his alive arsenal only his Edo arsenal.

He cant be alive as long as he has it because he obtained it with a jutsu that kills the user. The only way he can be alive with Kcm is as an edo. Unless we find out a way to use RDS without dieing its impossible. (Its still impossible because Minato did NOT survive anyway).

Actually he wasn't dead right after the move because he blocked the Kyubi's hand.

I said he as good as dead. If you use the demon seal you are guaranteed a dead man, it's a suicide jutsu :| Edo Minato is essentially Minato after his death, so yeah, he would have it. But when people are talking about alive Minato we are talking about him before he essentially died, so before he used RDS.

Minato would have died anyway after using RDS but if he had used any other seal to seal the Kurama...
