Unless getting Itachi's eyes gave Sasuke's Susanoo the Sword of Totsuka and the Yata Mirror. Which wouldn't make much sense, given that those weren't a part of Itachi's power, but rather items he found and equipped to his Susanoo, but meh.

The reason I placed Itachi so high was the fact that in Edo form he doesn't have those stamina problems. Meaning that he could just sit in his Susanoo all day.

Honourary mention: Danzo Shimura. If the guy had had a bit more common sense, he could have been seriously OP. He had Mokuton, the Sharingan, and Shisui's Mangekyo Sharingan.

Minato has a counter for Amaterasu. Minato's faster than A, and A was faster than Amaterasu.

As for Tsukuyomi, as long as he doesn't look at Itachi in the eye, he shouldn't suffer that problem. I mean, he may not have intel on Itachi, but he knows to not look an Uchiha in the eye while fighting him if he has a 3T Sharingan.

Susanoo is easy. Just wait until Itachi tires out then take him. If we're talking Edos though, then I'm not sure. He could try and blitz him before Itachi sets up Susanoo, but eh. Also, I'm not sure if the Yata Mirror works on S/T barriers. If it doesn't, then Minato could just warp Itachi away into the ocean or something. Susanoo et al.

Minato could easily dodge susanoo/amaterasu attacks, and since he's a perfect jinchuriki now genjutsu won't work against him

Unless there are two Kurama I don't think Minato is actually a Jinchuuriki. He has the chakra but Kurama's conciousness is inside Naruto, methinks.
