Well if sasuke wanting to be hokage makes sense why doesn't minato having kyubi cloak make sense? At least we know he had the chakra inside of him at least. I'm just sayain its more logical than freakin sasuke becoming hokage.

Very perspective... Also the one scene Sasuke looked oogly in it, just saiyan. Seems Kishi is getting lax these days... Maybe we can blame it on one of his family members though
