He might have got kyuubi chakra but he don't have a bijju in himself , so there is no one who could "disturb" his chakra.
I doubt he can break out of high level genjutsu like tsukiyomi even in KM.

He will most likely never look into uchiha's eyes , but lets suppose he looks into them by mistake, would he able to get out of tsukiyomi ?

He is still vulnerable to visual genjutsu but it was stated in the manga you need Uchiha blood to break out and even then it's hard. Besides the Bijuu of course. But then again, Kurama is chakra basically so he may be able to break out since he carries part of Kurama in him.

He is too fast to be caught in a visual genjutsu atm.

OT: The effects of Tsukuyomi will most likely be reduced.

I think not. There isn't really any way he could break out, unless somebody tried to help him out of it... He may have KM but that doesn't mean a bijuu can stop it, since he doesn't have a bijuu in him.

The real question: Can Sharingan users take on Minato?

If caught in Tsukuyomi, he's done.

It's stated in the manga/databooks/everywhere that you need the Sharingan to break Tsukuyomi if caught by it.

its not foreign chakra since its inside his body and no one is providing him chakra, he just took it from someone else(kyuubi) and is using it right now.

This. Minato doesn't have the actual bijuu, but he has it's chakra (A huge amount of it) which disrupts his own

He needs a separate entity, kurama's chakra isnt an entity, its just chakra.

Bee was caught in genjutsu while using a bijuu cloak. It doesn't matter if the chakra they wield is foreign, there has to be an outside user who actively disrupts the chakra of the target in genjutsu, just having passive foreign chakra does nothing.

No Bijuu=No Genjutsu breaking via Partner Method in 1 vs 1 fights for Minato. Anyone saying yes seriously needs to go read up on the Partner Method for breaking Genjutsu....

He could probably break genjutsu by switching KCM on an off. It's replacing one chakra with another. This would break any genjutsu since the infected chakra is discarded.

However, the question is if Tsukyomi can stop one's control of chakra altogether. If it can, then no, Minato can not break out of it. On the other hand, if it's like other genjutsu that allows someone to control their chakra even in the illusion, then he most certainly can.

I'm not sure, but I'll go with yes.

minato is just as easily vulnerable to Genjutsu as he was before.

only perfect Jin's are immune to genjutsu and Minato doesn't even have kurama inside of him.

Hes not even in Bijuu mode.

Look... I hate it, but it's like this, IMO... the entire series should've ended around pain saga... Itachi is left behind... he needed EDO and Izanami to actually make a difference... that storyline is played out.

Hard to grasp sometimes... I favoured Itachi as well... he failed... all great ones acknowledge him... so it should be... it's over...

For christ ffing sake... KC Mode Minato... haven't you realised yet? We entered the Z era, and Itachi was left out.

The kyubbis chakra is foreign the same way the hachibis chakra is foreign to Bee Minato has half of the kyubbi inside of him.

Every genjutsu can be broken shisuis ultimate genjutsu was seen through Ao a byagakon user who broke mifune out of it and that was stated to permanent.

All genjutsu is breakable its just down to the skills of both ninja im assuming only masters of ying release like Nagato, Madara and Obito could look into itachis eyes without another chakra source or dojutsu.
