Susanoo is, Amaterasu isn't. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi made sense within the plot to show how the mangekyo sharingan improved the Uchiha's abilities and made Itachi be in a whole different league from the rest of his clan.
Susanoo was just the result of Kishimoto writing himself into a corner and not knowing any better way for Itachi to escape death than adding even more stupid sharingan powers. Susanoo would have made sense if it was presented as an EMS technique tho, it would have showed development and, thus, good storytelling. All the stupid power scaling started with Susanoo.
Now Izanagi and Izanami, with their bending of reality, are downright silly.

so you're telling me that the normal sharingan and the MS should have the same techniques because if you take off tsukuyomi and amaterasu which is susanoo, then the MS would be rendered useless.:dunno:

Jesus Christ, there are straw men and then there is this.
Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are fine by themselves and actually helped in the plot, that is what I actually said; Susanoo was one technique too much.
It also helps those techniques the fact that they were properly established and didn't seem like an afterthought. Susanoo didn't have that, in the slightest.

theres three places to learn sage mode 2 of them is from the sanin summoning I guess the third is the third sanin summon [slug].

It could be the chakra storing thing and it convieniently has come to its maximum, but it could also be that she only learned of the techniques specificalities only recently or after the Sasori fight where she would hsve origionally used it.
