Itachi's Susanoo is not very armored, while Minato's strength in KCM exponentially-increased. If this is anything like Naruto's KCM back in the day, that Susanoo is going down. Combine this with Minato's speed, Minato has a slim chance of being touched.

KCM Minato can basically use all the same abilities as Naruto. Bijuudama, bye bye Susano'o. Not to mention, Minato is a seal master, I'm pretty sure if he can seal the Kyuubi and Orochimaru can cut Naruto off from Kyuubi with a five element seal, then Minato as a master of seals could seal away the Susano'o.

Tsukiyomi. Minato wouldn't make eye contact and he's jsut way to fast for Itachi to compete with.
