Unless she uses something else to charge/focus her chakra....OR, she has never officially used it, and will only appear after her initial use of it.

What else power up wise can she have?! Nothing else works unless she has Hashirama's Sage Mode, but honestly that feels like a Monkey Sage mode as opposed to a Slug one .

Why not? Slug Sage would be an awsome and plausible powerup for Sakura. At ths point Naruto and Sasuke have surpassed their Sannin Teachers, so who's to say Sakura hasn't either.

She said she has been storing up her chakra this whole time. So I don't think it was the Kyubi chakra that she would be using to activate whatever it is she is about do. I am banking on either Byakugou or Slug Sage Mode, something to that degree.
