Guys, many of you don't understand something: sasuke doesn't want to become the hokage just to rule the village. He wants to change the system, not for any other clan or somebody to "suffer" the same as the uchiha. And naruto and sasuke want to change the ninja system and world. The "only one hokage" thing is just a tradition. Who says they can't change that and there could be 2 hokage?

I'd say that this is quite weird chapter..It's full of unexpected scenes and one of many was Sasuke's attitude,I think he doesn't get it what Itachi was saying to him and what he tried to teach him...I see many are blabbing about that scene where Naruto says that Sakura is his GF,but my opinion is that he said it because he knew how Sakura would react and it did happen what he expected....Sakura got angry.(mission accomplished) Overall I'd give it somewhere between 4 and 5,because Sasuke's attitude disappointed me.So much from me. : ]

Great chapter overall. I think that this is the big exciting one that we've been waiting for. The last few chapters have seemed a little bit slow, but this one brings the excitement right back up to the maximum level.

We're finally starting to really see some things that Kishi has been hinting at for over 100 chapters: that Sasuke is going to be redeemed and that Madara (not Sasuke) is going to be the "real final battle". I've been making predictions for a long time that Sasuke was going to redeem himself by coming to the battlefield as a hero, and that he was going to become the hokage at some point, which will end the cycle of hatred between Senju and Uchiha forever.

Don't believe me that Sasuke is going to be seen as a hero? Here are some things he's done recently:

1) Helped Itachi end Edo Tensei (the other kages said that whoever ended the technique is a hero. This is Itachi and Sasuke)
2) He killed the original white zetsu, and killed several individual zetsu clones (not a huge amount, but it is on the side of the alliance)
3) He has brought several old enemies (Taka, Orochimaru) to the battlefield as allies
4) He has brought the previous hokage to the battlefield, as allies
5) He is currently standing with Naruto, preparing to lead a significant attack against the enemy

Now, look at the "crimes" that Sasuke has committed:

1) He left the village when people didn't want him to. Both Jiraya and Tsunade had both left the village for various reasons in the past. Jiraya was offered the position of hokage anyway, despite his absence. Tsunade was eventually hunted down and turned into the fifth hokage.
2) He attacked the kage summit. This is his biggest crime. He didn't kill any of the kage but he did kill several samurai and caused a serious injury to the raikage. Of course, he was acting under orders from Tobi.
3) He killed Danzo. But then again, Danzo was a shady dude who was working with Orochimaru, who planned and ordered the Uchiha massacre, and was guilty of doing a lot of other dirty things (trying to have Kabuto's adoptive mother assassinate Kabuto, etc)
4) After the battle with Danzo, Sasuke attempted to kill Sakura.

Looking at the balance sheet, Sasuke is already more hero than villain. If he helps protect people and plays a decisive role in the defeat of Madara, he will be even more of a hero.

Where is Orochimaru? It doesn't appear that he came to this battlefield. Did he go somewhere else, like to help Tsunade? That would be a great way for Orochimaru to redeem himself too. I don't think he'd ever become hokage, but he could be seen as an ally and not as an enemy.

This was a good chapter, I'm excited to see what happens next week.

His intentions were never to save the Alliance. He only recently is fighting to help people. Otherwise, he was just on his own personal quest. As for Edo Tensei, it was Itachi's doing. Sasuke just saw him, wanted answers, so tagged along.

Numbers 3 and 5 are his doing. Number 4 should really be Orochimaru. He was the one who revived them, even if it was Sasuke's idea. Sasuke just wanted to have a Q&A session with them. He only decided to have them help the Alliance after it.

The difference between Sasuke and Jiraiya and Tsunade is that Sasuke left as a missing-nin. Tsunade presumably left with permission, and Jiraiya was managing his spy network, for the benefit of the village. Neither were missing-nin, or international criminals who joined Akatsuki.

As for being under orders from Tobi, that doesn't excuse his crimes. He acted of his own volition, it wasn't like Obito put him under a genjutsu or something. Killing Danzo is a crime. Danzo was the Sixth Hokage Candidate. It's on par with killing a Hokage.

The Uchiha Massacre was approved by Hiruzen, the Hokage. Danzo pushed for it, sure, but it was still from orders by the Hokage.

Sasuke is a criminal. He can obtain redemption, sure, but I doubt that someone like him will ever be able to attain the rank of Hokage. I think it's likely that Naruto will become the Sixth Hokage, and have Sasuke as the head of ANBU or something like that.

Well seriously i don't see why people are surprised about minato's kyuubi mode,have you guys forgotten about the two silver brothers,or what ever their name is,or that other boy? So why is minato different

I have the most biggest "What the hell!" and "OMG!" expression EVER.And there are 3 reasons.

First, the Sakura is sort of a girlfriend to Naruto, I mean seriously, after what Hinata did and Naruto still doesnt or doesnt want to see that. I think Kishi meant that Sakura was just a very close friend, almost like a girlfriend, lets hope so, BUT heck no NaruSaku, just plain NO, NO, NO, NO and a thousand time NO!.....Naruhina FTW!

Second, Minatos KM. I dont think there is something wrong with it, since Naruto has the Yang chakra of Kurama and Minato has the Yin chakra plus the father-son bond, I think its logical Minato can enter KM, and also lets not forget about his "present".

Third, Sasuke becoming Hokage...pfff nope.amv...not even in a lifetime, only Naruto's right hand and nothing more.

OH GOD!!! WHEN I READ THE CHAPTER I WAS LIKE OMGTHISISSOAMAZINGTEAM7ISBACKI'MSOEXCITED!!! I'm really happy now and when I read that Sasuke wants to become Hokage, I was really like this: O_O then And what Minato said to Sakura... hahaha! This was the best chapter I read in months! 5/5 of course!

Eh, when Naruto took Kurama's chakra, he had to fight him because he wasn't willing. Later on, he was able to go BM because Kurama offered him his chakra voluntarily.

I don't know what the deal is with the Yin (or is it Yang, I forgot?) chakra (is it just chakra, or are there two Kuramas now?), but I presume that Minato didn't have to make too much of an effort to obtain it because Kurama is willing to share his power now.

many of these japanese animes the main character is loved by more than 1 girl , so naru/hina might still be a thing. best chapter in weeks 5/5. cant wait 2 see team7 in action and what new abilitys they might gain, hopefully naruto will get the full kyubi or will he finally get the renigin.

5/5 this chapter was all talk but still it was good talk...
Minato Bijuu Mode -> Real Cool
Sasuke wanting to become Hokage -> Somewhat confusing but understandable
Madara ignored by Hashirama -> Funny... But seeing Madara reaching for his war fan means that he wont let this slide
Shisekiyoujin FOT4S -> Epic
Team 7 reunited -> it has been expected to happen ever since sasuke said he'll join in to stop the war
Sakura's statement at the end of the chapter -> this could only mean that Sakura learn the jutsu Tsunade used in the Pain arc

This chapter blew my mind honestly... Minato using Kyūbi chakra mode? Badass! Sakura using the phrase "my real power"? Does this mean slug-based Sage Mode? I think it was bound to happen eventually. Also Sasuke saying he'll become Hokage, lol, yaright, go home.

I thought it was a great chapter. left open many possibilities. kages made a great entrance. minito kyubi mode was kinda lame to me.(give it all to naruto imo) madara is gonna get own by hashi. no oro or karin? possibly healing the 5 kages? and last but not least you have susuke saying he is gonna become hokage lmao. kish just set up the plot for the susuke vs naruto final battle
