Is Susanoo waterproof???

Is susanoo waterproof? If not wouldn't the uchihas have trouble against kisame?
He can change the terrain into a lake or giant dome of water.

Madaras got legs so maybe it can swim but sasuke and itachis don't have legs.
If he stays out of range of totsuka, keeps range amatarasu
would be a risk to both as it would boil the water.if susanoo

Whether or not susano is 'waterproof' which I believe isn't, that doesn't necessarily give Kisame an edge over the Uchiha. Depending on the Uchiha and how the battle escalates are the main factors. a battle doesn't go trump card vs trump card off the bat.

So to answer the question, I doubt susano is waterproof in giant dome, but all uchihas shown are greater than Kisame and would beat him. Not saying he's weak. It's just the uchihas

If tobirama could create a lake or dome he'd have a higher chance of beating uchihas in general due to experience. I wonder though if he were able to create a dome or lake or whatever, how much could it cover? I mean he ain't no shark but he's still a previous hokage specifically designed for water techs
