I agree Bee should be up there and by far he is very talented ...No one on ur list can fight with 8 swords in all appendages..Insane kenjutsu by far then Mifune jus cuz he is a Samurai

I think Mifune, because he is a samurai and as I recall they don't use ninjutsu they have nothing left but to practice ken jutsu for life, and assuming he is lord of the land of iron, and he killed edo Hanzo, I think he is the most skilled kenjutsu user...
