.......it was done via ino's telepathy like when shikamaru got kitsuchi to teach the alliance earth barrier via ino's telepathy i say this cause i feel that the way it was shown in chapter 630 that teaching someone seals or whatever for a jutsu using telepathy that this could be a new way of teaching people jutsu just imagine if minato used this method to teach naruto flying thunder god or imagine if the other hokage or whoever used it to teach naruto awesome jutsu.

Naruto with FTG is super overkill.... I mean can you just imagine 20-100 Naruto clones just teleporting around with rasengan in hand?!?!
Not to mention he'd probably be in SM or KM while doing this.
