I don't think she's going to get the Rinnegan, because Kishimoto said that Sakura and Lee were supposed to reflect some forms of human weakness. Sakura especially. Kishimoto wanted her to sort of be a reflection of human weaknesses.

Unless Sakura has any relation to the Senju clan, she's going to need those cells to even have the rinnegan in her, were she to receive a transplant. If not, there's no way.
