Recreating the Teams from part 1 for best individual character improvement

Well, I had a random thought while I was coming to Work.

Ignore all classic Team(Ino-Shika-Cho) and team balacement.
What would be the best formation of teams to focus on each person best quality.

I'll put what I think could be the teams and the explanation for each char :

Team Kakashi :
Sasuke (Sharingan and Lightining Release)
Shikamaru(Kakashi is very smart, even though Shika is smarter Kakashi's battle experience could make Shikamaru a better tactician)
Kiba(Kakashi is a master on tracking, and has a contract with dogs. So Kiba will have a perfect teacher.)

Team Kurenai :
Sakura (She was a Genjutsu initially. Kurenai could enhance her technic)
Ino(Same as above)
Shino(Long-Ranged Ninja, I'm not sure where to put him, he don't fit any of his teachers very well, but considering Kurenai a Genjutsu, she could teach him to avoid close combat better then others)

Team Asuma
Naruto(Wind Element and how to manage his raw power better)
Hinata(Has raw power and bloodline ability, but is fairly weak in it's usage. Asuma could teach to take advantage of her power)
Chouji(Has raw power and strength)

Team Guy
The same!

It's better to have a team with:
1 Genjutsu, 1 power, and 1 Tactician
Than a team with all power, tactician, or genjutsu.

It's much easier to fight an enemy off that way, as you're prepared for anything really.

Team Guy is just cool and well balanced on its own; it is a shame that they did not get any more screentime.

I'm not taking in consideration the teamwork. Only the best INDIVIDUAL development. This is, of course, hypothetical.

Ehh, I like the way the teams are now. But that surely is an interesting grouping ya' got there.

A team with spirit, passion and the guts to never give up! Cause that is their ninja way!

Team Kakashi:
Sasuke
Shikamaru
Neji

A team of intelligent stragetist all of which were hailed as geniuses in one way or the other!
