Will minato give naruto the other half?

Do you guys think naruto will get another power up? Will minato give him the second half of the nine tails chakara? I say no because he is because he would be too overpowered for sasuke.

It's not because Naruto would totally over-power Sasuke but
Minato has better things to give to Naruto...

Sasuke is never going to be on Naruto's scale from now on...

No I don't think so. We didn't see 1st or 2nd hokage or Oro's hands for that matter, come out of Hiruzen. They came out of the Death Reaper. We didn't see Kurama's chakra leave the Death Reaper either. So I believe it's still there, and Oro could only let the things he wanted out of it, and since he didn't know about the yin part of the chakra, he didn't release it.

Then what is Minato's present, you might ask:
It's something very personal, and very important to Minato, that he always wanted to give his son, perhaps when he grew older. This is normal for any father to have such a thing, that was important to him. My best guess is his first head band or something like that, which Minato would have wanted to give Naruto, when he became a Genin. But it could also be something else!

It would not make sense, if there is a method for Minato to bring something he sealed out of the Death Reaper, since sealing it costs him his life anyway. So if it happens like that, it's just gonna make be another stupid ass pull from Kishi with no thought behind.

I've never really seen Naruto as the kind of shinobi that'd use sealing techniques. Also in BM he's just as fast as Minato so the need to learn that jutsu while cool isn't necessary. I honestly think the remainder of Kurama's chakra will be given to him. After the battle is over Minato will probably also tell him more about the Uzumaki clan and direct him to the Shrine for more information. They will definitely have a little bit of a chat once the Juubi, Madara and Obito are taken care of.
