Few Ninja Can Defeat Animal Path

I honestly put this older animal path in my top #15 strongest ninja, being only inferior to the Deva Path, the little girl wasn't as strong and get defeated fairly easily by Sage Naruto but the one that faced Jiraiya was a HUGE threat and could've tanked Konoha in a similar way to Deva Path did.

Dog Summoning

Unless you have some sort of sealing jutsu when all the dogs are together then these dogs literally don't stop. Unkillable, multiplying dogs that can join together and split at will, they're literally like jelly and would tear or stomp on most humans. Incredibly fast and versatile, also capable of exploding.

Bird Summoning

You must be registered for see images

Can fly, strike opponents and drop egg bombs and thus avoid a lot of abilities

Chameleon Summoning

You must be registered for see images

Trying to argue that you just kill the summoner and then the match is over? How can you catch somebody who is invisible and constantly hiding? He can just let his infinite summonings deal with you from a distance. Even then, the chameleon itself is good at dodging.

On top of that he also has a rhino, other summonings and just generally amazing battle skills from having the Rinnegan.


This animal path was a boss and the best user of summonings ever. Jiraiya only managed to come as far as he did because he had the perfect abilities to counter some of his summonings and Pain jointly let it's guard down when killing Jiraiya. Few ninjas even today can defeat animal path.

Jiraiya had a hard time to defeat them,however i think Minato, Hashi, Madara, Tobirama, Naruto, Itachi, Kisame and Obito might have the best chance here.... And don't forget about Sasuke cause he can burn them with Ama....

So your list shrinks to Naruto,Itachi*,Kisame,Obito,Killer Bee and Sasuke
Ps*:If we consider Itachi can spam Amaterasu without side effects and the others Pain are far away.

So this proves the OT point. Few ninjas can beat this path...And it proves too that Nagato > Itachi

Well, not so sure. Naruto can avoid the beasts with his Sage Mode and attack directly the Path.

I'd say only Hashi, Madara, Obito, & Naruto could manage it and even then Obito & Naruto can sense him, it'd still be a huge challenge. And yeah, these aren't normal animals- Amateresu isn't going to be stopping these animals or burning them up. Especially when the dogs can split and let one of the dogs take all the fire.

No they fought the same way. The fight you're talking about is filler, in the manga the bird didn't drop any egg bombs. Re-read the fight in the manga to see that.

How will all kage or guy manage to find out where the hell he is? They won't even have a chance to look for him as they'll be too busy trying to not die at every moment. Jiraiya barely held them off and Gamaken took some major damage from the dog summoning alone.

not necessarily filler but anime..yess..because that fight did still happen just a small addition...but a filler is totally not canon and i agree the animal path was super strong, if he is to ever lose is only because someone can find him and kill him fast before all the summons gang up

No, he didn't. He held them off pretty well. Gamaken also didn't take major damage. As I said, re-read the manga chapter 374-375 to see what I mean. The anime added a lot of filler to that fight.
