What tier would you rate the Third Hokage?

He's the third man to be hailed as God of Shinobi.

He trained the Legendary Sannin.

He had powerful chakra, similar to the First Hokages.

He also had the nickname The Professor, since he knew a vast knowledge of ninjutsu.

Come on, I think Hiruzen is top 7 at least. What do you think?

ah we have a problem now because i think the 3rd hokage is the only hokage which i have a disliking for -.- ... mainly because of fanboys however i shall not be biased :scorps:

i would put him in the mid/high kage tier... if we ever got to see the 3rd with better stamina then he could be higher but im not going to go purely of hype...

Its really hard to rate hiruzen because i know a lot of us really want to see him in his prime. Just by hype and some feats he easily is put mid-high range.

In his old age and what he has shown? Low Kage. I'm confident that he will prove to be promoted to a High Kage once this war is finished, though!

I didn't really like him at first also. But after awhile and re-watching his fight with Orochimaru and the first two Hokages, I started to warm up to him.

According to Databook and Manga portrayal, he's definitely a top tier, high Kage shinobi.

I don't know. We've only ever seen Hiruzen fight once, and he was 70 when that happened.

Hype wise, he should definitely be top 10. I mean, he must have done something to be called "God of Shinobi" during the era of the Third Raikage and the Third Kazekage.
