Can Kakashi Cast Sharingan Genjustu?

I'm pretty sure he did, he used it on Sakura at least once before (not entirely sure). He's not a genjutsu specialist though, he uses his Sharingan to copy ninjutsu and see through genjutsu

Yes kakashi can. He is capable of sasuke level genjutsu, as sasuke has not shown any abilities other than a sharingan genjutsu. And kakashi clearly showed above he is capable of useing it well. (anbu are slightly below ts sasuke(before oro powers, and ms, just with no sharingan)
