This contradicts your argument according which Mito and Kushina were Jinchuriki of Kurama because they had special chakra. This argument is false because we know that they all used a seal to lock the Kyuubi. Their chakra (at least Kushina's ) becomes handy when Kurama is on rampage.

But wait! What is Kyuubi chakra? Well, it is Yang +Yin. Based on this page, I have been saying that only the Yang was necessary for Naruto to possess both Yin and Yang - that is full Kyuubi chakra. Surprisingly, everyone think that he only has Yang, which contradict Jiraya's statement. - Mito could sense emotions, and everyone think it was because of Kyuubi chakra. If she had it as Naruto had, and she could go in KM, then she would also have been able to do the same thing Naruto is doing. And I do think that Kushina and mito had the same seal as naruto but I don't think they had the swirl seal that would leak kuramas chakra during danger or heightened emotions
