do you think he had some kids ?? or atleast 1. sasuke's and itachi's dad.

Fugaku. we dont know anything about him beside that he had 2 children sasuke and itachi..

He was the one who followed ''madara's'' footsteps.

Smartass itachi was able to stop him.

Now lets go to obito.

and wanted sasuke on his side at all cost..

He feared both of them because the could be
able to obtain as much as madara..

Now this was the right moment for obito to take his chance in
''Creating another madara''

He told sasuke the story and even implanted itachi's eyes
i think he hoped sasuke would join his side.
so he dont need to revive madara.

You need amaterasu and tsukuyomi for Susano'o

Itachi : tsukuyomi specialized

Put this 2 together.

And we have madara who is specialized in susanoó

It's pure conjecture, he'd have to at least be his great grand father but personally I think it'd be cool to see Madara's reaction, he'd probably make it up as yet another rivalry with Hashi since he's fought Tsunade. Like Vegeta at the World Martial Arts Tournament when Trunks beat Goten.

At the start of the series, Tsunade was around 50. Madara and Hashirama appear to be more or less the same age. At the most, Madara's grandchild was either Fugaku or Mikoto, and thus Sasuke is his great-grandson. I actually think that, realistically, Sasuke would be his great-great-grandson if they are related at all.
