Itachi is my fav character and I think he can beat minato. But I don't think he is invincible. There is quite a few people who can beat him and I believe that includes nagato. But itachi will put up a very good fight especially if he is not sick and is aiming to kill. He is a genius so don't underestimate him either

nagato has no answer to tsukyomi, he is no uchiha and he would be in a genjustu fingering himself.

nagato was said to have no training against genjustu thanks to jiraiya and naruto can testify to that aswell, he is so vulnerable to it that a finger paralyzing genjustu would restrict his movement (preta paths weakness too). Ending for the kill
