Those three are the strongest he can beat. Minato cannot defeat any above him other than possibly Itachi and Sasuke.

Talk about fanboy...... Minato has the best and damn fastest reflexes who ever exist,lol fail......
I believe Nagato is stronger, but you are just underestimating Minato and don't forget you're overrating the others characters as well.

Honestly (Not trying to be a Minato *** but..) I do believe Minato can beat the majority of people. Everyone looks at the powers of people and just that. How well is their Taijutsu? Genjutsu? Ninjutsu? But they miss a lot of key factors. One that defines Minato is his right out skill. He's just so good. He doesn't use set technique's in unison with his jutsu that all work together. He's one of the most versatile ninja's in Naruto. He acts on the spur of the moment. He's just a plain good ninja. Theres no real way to counter him. (Like how Gai countered Kisame. Or how Temari was figuring out how to counter Shikimaru) He's just good in general and I think thats what makes him a ridiculously good ninja. One person he could not beat (obviously) is Naruto. Naruto trumps pretty much everyone now.

. With Minato's reflexes and FTG, I don't see him ever getting hit. Minato will be able to see where Muu is attacking from, that's when he can counter, because lets not forget, Muu must turn visible to attack. He can also use summons to aid him. Gamabunta using water pistol for example, as this is a good long range attack. If Muu wants to waste precious chakra using Jinton on a summon, then that's his problem. Once Minato has pinpointed his location, he could use V2 FTG on a moving kunai to land a Rasengan.

I mean, I have seen speed calculations that place Pain and Sage Mode Naruto at Mach 5+ speeds. They don't even compare to the Raikage, who inturn was bettered by Minato. And to put it simply, Muu has no speed feats.

Alternatively, Minato could just Summon Ma & Pa and have them use frog song, as we know someone who has a contract with the chief toad is able to summon all other toads. Minato falls under this catergory.

All in all, i'd this one to Minato, mid - high difficulty.
