He does. Kakashi has used kumui against fast moving objects such as the arrow of sasuke's susano'o and when he used it to warp naruto away so fast obito's rinnegan and sharingan couldnt keep up with it. He also can warp large areas such as the full hachibi. The hachibi is huge and he warped that thing in and out of his eye. I havent seen obito warp anything at such speeds or that big but overall obito has better use cuz he uses it to immaterialize himself.

First off kakashi cant even turn it off !! but he uses 3 tomae better then an uchiha ? thats stupid . Secondly kakashi warped 8 tails with kurama chakra . I could be mistaken about that . kakashi cant use sharingan better than any uchiha , cause he is not a uchiha ! warping a nail,an arrow , and a friend thats willing is not that impressive . When kakashi warps an enemy , then maybe i will believe the kakashi one shots the world thing

This is wrong, obito was focusing on the rasengan & not the clone, thats why he thought that kakashi couldnt even make the rasengan vanish

He activated his jutsu to save sasuke when danzo had his sword inches awaw from his neck

What does turning it off have to do with its use. If you turn it off you cant use it. Second he didnt have kurama's all powerful chakra, third i use those examples cuz it shows his precision. Sasuke's susano is so fast danzou was forced to use izanagi each time sasuke used it. An object moving at that speed and kakashi warped it. Next Its not like the nail was slow plus it was small=precision, he actually warped the gedo mazou but obito canceled his attack cuz he also has kumui, ten tails was also goin to be warped. P.S he warped obito in the dimension with him,and I use the naruto ex cuz it was so fast that rinnegan (greatest eye) and sharingan couldnt keep up with it. If he warps objects at such high speeds of course he can warp enemies but its no point right now cuz obito is at the battlefield.

Turning it off means you have basic control ! He doesnt have an uchiha body . To say he is better than an actual uchiha with the sharingan is stupid !
kakashi doesn't need to gather chakra before kamui(the only time was agasint didra)
he warped 2 susanu's arrow in no time without gather chakra althougth his ms was locked when sasuki shouted him with 2 arrows
kakashi warped pain's nail(in so high speed) without gathering chakra although his ms was locked when pain shouted him with the nail
kakashi always warps without gather chakra
kakashi's kamui is so fast(i don't know who is faster obito or kakashi but kakashi's speed of warping can't be seen by sharingan, even pain didn't see kakashi when he warped the nail)
kakashi qwarped naruto (so fast object)without obito who has sharingan note(even if he was looking at rasingan but surly he was seeing naruto so he didn't note the warping of naruto because it is so fast)and before the stick which was getting out of obito's kamui hit naruto although it was nearly touched naruto's hair
(that mean kakashi's kamui was much faster than obito's one in this time not always)

I see you didnt respond to my other points so i assume you admit defeat in that area. Plus let me explain to you He copies over 1000 jutsu he uses it to anaylaze in his fights. If you ever paid attention to what he says about the enemy in his fights you would understand what i mean. But since he cant turn it off he cant use it? that makes no sense. I said sharingan use which means it has to be on we are not having a contest who can click it on and off. I ask for a better argument than this

The basic premise of the thread is that kakashi is better with sharingan then the uchiha correct ? After i twist this dutch ill be right back
The basic premise is that since he can use the sharingan greater or equal to his uchiha counterparts if he was born uchiha he would be the greatest one. He has Dna issues holding him back yet he uses the sharingan better than uchihas. Even if he uses it on equal par its still sad cuz once again he is not uchiha.

I dont think he can use sharingan equal too . definetly not greater than an uchiha . If you want to compare his kamui skills with obito its no contest . Obito mastery far exceeds kakashis . Like you just admitted yourself his dna prevent him from doing what uchiha can due . He didnt unlock ms . Hell he cant even turn it off to conserve chakra . What makes you think he is equal too an or greater then an uchiha with sharingan ?

Yea his dna prevents him from being able to get into top ninja contention cuz they speak of his lack of stamina but he is using these uchiha techs as if they are his own. He fought this entire war with the sharingan so thats not really effecting him. He copies 1000 jutsu with the sharingan. To conserve chakra he just closes that eye or puts his headband over it. Lets face it he mastered kumui using it to protection even obito commended him on using that eye. P.S lets not pretend obito is full uchiha he has senju cells and a rinnegan yet kakashi is plain old hatake giving him a run for his money.
