Hashirama easily, he's a super senju, he doesn't age.

Tobirama's a semi-super senu, he won't age that fast

Hiruzen will age, lose most of his chakra reserve

Same with Minato

Minato would be slower and have lower stamina I guess

to be honest age affects people differently there are weak old people and very weak old people
I think it's safe to say that Hiruzen was a very weak old man since it was mentioned multiple times that he wasn't 100%

Hashirama and tobirama wouldn't age as Quickly/badly as hiruzen But they most likely would lose some Strength/Speed/Chakra and so on.
As for minato, In his old age i doubt his reflexes will be good enough for FTG.

yes but i don't care about the hype
hiruzen who i know ,has only fire and earth release and enma
jiraia with the hype is stronger than itachi, all uchiha clan , kisami and all sword men
so the hype doesn't make any difference

what is the databook ,is it another manga?
i can't put hiruzin for example in top 5 because of only his hype
oro without edo who fought hiruzin wasn't strong (he has only snakes from his mouth)
so even if prime hiruzin can beat this oro(oro without edo who fought hiruzin)that wouldn't be a great thing
i'll say it again hiruzin's power and jutus to me and manga is only fire,earth,inma
whatever next chapters will show if he is so strong or no
