[Suggestion] Newspaper on Narutobase

What if there was a Newspaper section on Narutobase?Not all of us have time to go on this web everyday.What if every week or 2 weeks there was a new Newspaper released telling us about the

1.New chapter(what it was about and if people liked it)
2.Art contest winners, fan fiction winners and their story ect
3.Most liked Next chapter prediction
4.Maybe even hottest threads?

This could fill the gaps in a short amount of time.

Also, please mods don't close this straight away, wait for people to respond.

EDIT: What if you could put your experience there? What i mean is, if you won art contest tell us your inspiration,how long it took and future arts same goes for story

The newspaper could be like when you go on Naruto Manga.Someone suggested a Magazine with different ideas, but it was mainly to do with Rp, which i don't know about and i don't do just like hundreds of people.It also did not have the same ideas.
