OP said that everyone knows about each other, so Nagato knows about izanagi, that would include all the ability and skills of Hiruzen and Danzo, same thing with both of them on Nagato's technique.

By putting Hiruzen and Danzo in their prime you completely put pain at a huge disadvantage. The multiple clone, vast knowledge of jutsu, and enma will make hiruzen a big problem. Danzo having larger chakra reserves, KA, and Izanagi will also make him a problem for the pains.

if you watch the anime or read the manga youd know hiruzens chakra alone lefts the ground and is so dense it stresses shinobi. only itachi or minato could beat him
