That was just a regular 3T genjutsu. Not tsukuyomi. Besides that it further emphasized my point, Gyuki didn't break it until bee knew he was in it which was well into the genjutsu (far longer than tsukuyomi would take) meaning that even while bee or any jinchuriki was within the tsukuyomi the bijuu inside them would have to sense themselves that their jinchuriki was in a genjutsu, in which time the tsukuyomi would be over.

Minato's ftg cannot be blocked unless the person has extraordinary reflexes like minato himself. Susanoo would be the problem because itachi would keep it for like 15 mins long max. Izanami too is dangerous so let's not forget that. Minato has FTG which cannot be blocked by anyone ( as far as i know ). We did not see all his techniques so it is almost impossible to say who wins this battle but since itachi has deadlier techniques, for now he wins. Itachi is stronger than minato until we get to see minato in action.
