All characters in the NV consider Kurama's chakra as part of Naruto's power which can only mean that Kishimoto, the writer, considers it his power.

That's not true. For starters I don't think there is a seal to unlock anymore. But even I there was the last seal was narutos own original one, which only he knows the key for.

Kurama isn't "Naruto's" power. Has Naruto earned the right to use his power? Yes. But that doesn't make Kurama's chakra his. Kurama is a separate entity sealed into him, Kurama is literally giving chakra to him.


People who think Kurama is Naruto's power. Ask yourself this question: If Kurama was taken out of Naruto, would Naruto still be as strong? Exactly. If it was Naruto's power, then he should remain just as strong, but he wouldn't.
