rinnegan immune to genjutsu?

Well, since most of you are 12 years old and don't pay attention to the manga, Jiraiya used a Genjutsu with Ma and Pa on one of the pains. That proves the Rinnegan is not immune to Genjutsu.

Only Sharingan has special Genjutsu resistance. Not Rinnegan. Anyone who says otherwise better have the scans to back it up.

I may of course be wrong since this is a theory of mine. But don't you think that Rinnegan actually gives the host perfect chakra control as well ? By looking at Nagato he was enabled to master all five different nature elements with high level jutsus at a young age.

And all elements seems being used by different chakra forms (for example one way to find out your chakra type is by using the special chakra paper that Naruto used to find out he is wind.)

Other words, don't you think it's possible that Rinnegan gives the host of Rinnegan a perfect Chakra control with would help a lot when it comes to Genjutsus ?

And haven't it been stated that you can only get free for Genjutsu by having enough good chakra control?

We have no reason to believe that the Rinnegan itself gives any extra protection against visual genjutsu. It's assumption that since it's an evolved state from the EMS, any genjutsu cast by the lower sharingans will be null and void.

The Six Paths of Pein are nearly genjutsu immune thanks to how they receive chakra, and Nagato can easily snap any path out of it, if needed.

But other than that, the other rinnegan users, Madara, Obito, Nagato (without the paths) can be hit by genjutsu. You'll more than likely have to be a skilled user in the field of genjutsu to hit them, though.
