Even sick itachi has very high chances of beating Minato. Don't underestimate itachi. Imagine if he wasn't sick. Or if he was truly evil and acquired EMS from sasuke's eyes. Itachi is the greatest genjutsu user in the series... Minato has no way of dealing with genjutsu.. Besides the Manga even states one on one against a sharingan user you run if you dont run you will lose

considering minato has not been exclaimed as extremely immuned to genjutsu by manga, i would say he would last as long as oro did..(umm 5 secs perhaps), since oro was said to be more than good in every type of jutsus be it gen,nin,tai,fuin,ken still was not able to break itachis genjutsu
