[VS] Kakuzu vs Sasori (fight of eternity?)

Id just like to note kakashi had the lightning release so it was easy for him to get kakuzu. How will sasori get through kakuzu's defense, in the meantime how will kakuzu handle sasori especially the 100 puppets attack.

1. It's IRON sand, and yes I do take that literal since iron minerals were probably either mixed with the sand or found in it in the first place. Domu being an earth style technique implies his skin would become as had as rock.....and iron beats rock so his iron sand could pierce his Domu.

2. The masks guard from airborne poison I would assume but there is still blood and a heart in each of them(including kakuzus body) so piercing with a kunai or needles would enter the poison.

3. Kakuzu does have multiple elements that he can use to a very powerful degree so no doubt he has the firepower to destroy all of sasoris puppets, but the kazekages iron sand would prove too great a defense for kakuzus elemental attacks.

So with these three points I give you sasori as the winner.

lol, this thread has been made countless times, that's why I didn't really want to debate in it at first.
I can't really think of any new arguments after doing this so many times, but the point is, they work.

Yes but usually edo's provide paper like substances when injured .. this is different .. And its only natural that if he can attach others body's back together then he can his own too ..

Once Sasori restrains Kakuzu ( since Kakuzu can not move while using Domu ) Kakuzu will be susceptible to poison clouds.
Pressuring Kakuzu into using domu isn't a hard thing to do for Sasori, also note that Kakuzu remains vulnerable while deploying his masks.

By the time sasori is out of hiruko... and then has taken out his 3rd kazekage puppet AND unleash the iron sand kakuzu's hearts would be out .. if he wants them too .. /sigh/ this argument again huh:/..could you be more specific on how exactly sasori restrains him?

not to mention the 3rd kazekage puppet may already be broken by the time the sand is near kakuzu from one Kakuzu's jutsu. Kakuzu can't move while in Domu. His only chance then is if he previously brought out his hearts, otherwise, he would be too vulnerable to the poison fog and Iron Sand. :eww:

you do realise you can just destroy sasori's real heart right? So he's not indestructable. Kakuzu can also die.
Neither of these guys are characters i really pay much attention to, so i don't really care who wins, but i'd go with kakuzu mid diff

So your'e saying Hiruko>Kakuzu my man... he retreats to a fair distance ( hiruko has never shown speed AT ALL) .. Releases his hearts and one blast of Wind+fire Melts Hiruko And sasori(their wood) .. down to his core .. which if it is spared from the flames ..has no body to reattach to anyways ... Believe me if sasori starts and stays in hiruko.. its over fairly quickley his best bet would be to exit it when kakuzu is releasing his hearts

And yes attack speed .. but not movement speed if kakuzu were to fall back far enough where the needles would not reach he could release his hearts no problem .. His great burst of speed as shown in the links above would be enough to move back without the weapons reaching him .. not to mention he can use his hardened fist as a sort of deflector of needles while he moves back ( not that i think it would be necessary)

- You can't deny the fact that Hiruko can move, I'm not talking about speed.

- The iron hand will certainly not be within range for Kakuzu to smash, especially if he's trying to make distance, like you say.

- Kind of, I'm just trying to find out how far I can go before you successfully counter Hiruko.

( After all this, do not mistake me for a Kakuzu hater/underrater, I like all Akatsuki members and I know how powerful Kakuzu is, I never came here with the mindset of staying inside Hiruko, but for now, Sasori's moving closer to a checkmate. )
