I'm talking about EMS by taking Sasuke's eyes, so basically same abilities he has now, just without blindness.
Also Kotoamatsukami is not included, becuase its a seperate eye.

Itachi claimed he would surpass Madara's power by obtaining the EMS. It's not out of question that Itachi would have obtained the perfect Susanoo, too, carrying the Totsuka sword and Yata mirror. Simultaneously, Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu could be used without drawbacks. So I think the EMS would be the better choice under those circumstances, too.

clansmen can be relatives, however it does look to be more in my favor when I say every EMS user seen thus far had eyes from a blood relative, I seriously doubt it's as simple as walking up to any uchiha and taking their eyes.

Ah but with Itachi's strategical prowess, he could use a lot of Rinengan attacks for distraction and hide his real attack within simultaneous attacks.
If he could utilize all the abilities of Rinnegan perfectly, then he would be invincible.

I agree but with Itachis current chakra levels, I doubt he could maintain perfect susano to be truly efficient in battle.
With Rinnegans ability to absorb ninjutsu and chakra, he could keep replenishing his chakra back to optimum levels.

precisely, itachi would be able to use shared vision. He's already a kunai expert, with rinnegan he'd be able to nail ppl in the face with a kunai without ever looking at them. All the paths are OP in his hands seeing as he was already quite proficient in taijutsu, can you imagine Itachi using Asura path+ human path? Not to mention with human path once he touches you, you are dead. Itachi would win battles all without ever launching a single attack. He could unleash summons and the just grab you in the confusion. Rinnegan is too OP in his hands.

If itachi was truly evil and really seeked to acquire EMS from his brother he could've surpassed madara. Especially if he would have acquire hashirama DNA from orochimaru and injected it ino himself. It would solved his low stamina and chakra problem and make him get rinnegan. Itachi had extreme amounts of potential and could've possibly been the strongest shinobi but he sacrificed this potential and his life because he is a true shinobi and hero

rinnegan being the strongest of the 3 great eye techniques, would make Itachi finally level up from legendary tier to godly tier like Obito and Madara (also with Rinnegan).

The only one known to have taken the brothers eyes were Madara and Sasuke at a time where the choice wasn't great. Taking the brothers eyes had something symbolic too. Nevertheless all clansmen are brethren and blood relatives.

The EMS allows the usage of Mangekyo techniques without drainage of Chakra. Since already the normal sized Susanoo consumes quantities of Chakra (Sasuke talked about pain in each of its cells after using former stages of Susanoo), it seems impossible that ones Chakra could care the usage of such a massive Chakra entity if it's not declared with the EMS' property to carry the usage.
