What are some new Techs you'd like to see from Minato?

Well we know that Minato specifically designed the Rasengan because he felt that hand-seals took too long and didnt fit his quick fighting style. So I doubt we'll be seeing much more jutsu from him. Although I do think it would be interesting to see if he can manage to infuse his nature chakra into the rasengan as well.

More importantly, his affinity(i get the feeling he has wind and water judging by his last name), some space time jutsu combo since it's Minato's signature move after all, his sealing techniques(i get the feeling we will see him capable to summon all the Shinigami we see on Uzumaki temple). Less importantly maybe Sage Mode or some other else

The scan essentially is Kakashi saying during Naruto's training that the 4th was also trying to infuse his element into rasengan just like Naruto, but failed. This is Kakashi just saying that Naruto was able to succeed in doing it where Minato couldn't.

It's heavily, HEAVILY implied, and that is near enough evidence to say he had it since there isn't evidence DISproving he did have it.

All scans and evidence point towards it; so it's safe to assume he had wind nature.

Movies are non-canon and can not be used as a source. Also anime in general isn't canon with the anime at all.
