Itachi said that many Uchiha used to spam Izanagi, so Izanami was created to make people realize what they did was wrong.

But, how did so many Uchiha members get hold of Senju DNA when it was clearly stated that Senju >> Uchiha?

It's unknown. It's also unknown if ANY senju dna works, or if only hashi's would, as no other senju dna has even been said to have been used for the same purposes.

I don't think Senju DNA was used before Madara started. I think what Obito means is that you need Senju and Uchiha DNA to use it at it full strength.

Without senju dna its less than a minute with senju dna its a minute. Obito can remain intagible for five mins. Konan set the bombs to last for 6. Obito izanagi with senju dna was able to use it in that last minute to survive

i thought about this as soon as itachi talked about izanami, my guess is that anyone can use it but its not as strong as when hashi's cells are used or maybe its easier to use and learn with hashi cells

No obito stated and was confirmed by danzo that to make full use of inzanagi you need both senju and uchiha dna.

but one can perform the technique but it wont be complete

It's probably a plot hole. What Uchiha, from a clan proud of their superiority to the Senju, take DNA from an enemy and inject it into themselves?

Why and how could they spam Izanagi?

And. . How do they even get the dna and inject themselves with it?

Plot hole, Izanami is a giant plot hole. . . Or it's an unfinished retcon for Izanagi. .
