Obito w/ Rinnwgan & Mokuton.. Only one ninja can counter his Kam'ui which is Kakashi and overall, Obito > Kakashi so, Obito is the the best at solo'ing. Also Nagato (if opponent has no knowledge) would be quite the opponent. Of course Hashirama, Madara and Naruto would be quite high up as well.

I believe Minato has a reasonable shot to defeat anyone. He moves too fast for a Uchiha to counter him and most his arsenal that we have seen are one on one techniques like the rasengan. IMO it is also extremely likely that he has sage mode. The FTG itself is also one of the best one on one techniques around, he touches you he can be right next to your face instantly. It would be hard to counter an instant rasengan to the face!!

I dont include hash and madara cuz they are obviously great but i'd say kakashi simply because he doesnt have many bad match ups. Such as Kisame doesnt match up well with guy. He has a way to counter all his enemies and can hang around in any fight. He has great intelligence, can open some of the gates, good speed, good taijutsu, great ninjutsu, and he is capable of kenjutsu (zabuza sword).

Overall, Obito in blood-lust mode without plot forcing him to hold back shit stomps everyone bar the sage. Only Kakashi has a chance vs Prime Obito via Kamui, and he gets overwhelmed.
