What is Hinata's role in the war? ...Instead of a mere moral support?

shikamaru is the smart strategist,
and Ino connects them all via telepathy,

then what can hinata do?

They say hinata is stronger than sakura or ino but all I can see on her is being a moral support who always needs to be protected.

In shipuuden, I haven't seen her in a serious fight or beating class-S ninjas like akatsuki. No valid feats. Is she really strong? I used to like her.

She killed a **** load of enemies in the war. Sakura never beat Sasori, she was being controlled by Chiyo and had the plot shield around her. Plus Sasori could've fodderised both of them, he died willingly in that fight because chiyo got through to him via TnJ.

Hinata also at least attempted to save Naruto from Pain btw. Sakura just stood there, being useless as always when Naruto was about to get defeated.

You're using this as reason to not like her?

The reality is that Hinata's prowess isn't useful in this situation. She was able to deflect attacks against Madara with Naruto's Kyubi cloak, but now it's all Jubi. Being someone only versed in special taijutsu, it's a no-brainer that she's going to be standing around for a while.

I'm sorry, but where did this come up? Sakura beat him. Chiyo had little to no chakra and did not have chakra string attached to Sakura near the end. Read the manga and come back when you're not bashing Sakura.

True, sir. But she was NEVER put in a position where we would/should think otherwise.

But to be fair she DID help guide Ino's mind attack on Obito and have the bijuudama from the juubi go astray.

Unless I interpreted that part wrong. Also knocking Naruto out of his depression and pumping up for the war is note-worthy I guess.

For a character with no panel time I think she does just fine! But her role in this series from here on out is to have Uzumaki babies. That's about it really

I mean she's stronger then Ino, Sakura, and TenTen, but she has little to no healing training. So healing is out. She can't connect everyone. So that's out. I would say she's really just for damage out.

I'm not saying Sakura is useless in this war. She has done her part. But so has Hinata. Kishi can't just show Hinata fighting on every panel.

Besides, Sakura is supposed to be the ''main heroine''. Kishi already commented that he's planning on giving Sakura a bigger role in the ''future'' (supposedly now) because he delevoped Hinata too much and Sakura too little.
